Celebrity Diet Plans that Work

Recommended Diets of the Celebrities....

So what diets are celebrities on which makes them look so good?

There are so many different sorts of diets out there.  All the singers, models, actors and actresses are all on different diets.  Not many people follow the same diet.

One of the main Victoria’s Secret models, Adriana Lima, eats a lot of Brazilian food and watches her portion control.  Aisha Tyler from Ghost Whisperer and CSI eats balanced, healthy food and does not follow any specific diet.

America’s first Top Model, Adrianne Curry, has been on the Zone Diet for years and believes it helps to keep slim.

Alanis Morissette is a songwriter and singer.  She was a vegetarian for a while but now eats a bit of meat and sticks to a balanced diet.

Singer and songwriter, Alanis Morissette used to be a vegetarian but now just follows a balanced diet plan with just a little meat.

Portion control is one of the main ways celebrities keep trim and lots of them use this method such as Alessandra Ambrosio, actresses Allison Sweeney and Angelina Jolie as well as tennis champion Anna Kournikova.

Just like regular people, some celebrities have tried numerous diets before finding the one which is right for them.  Courteney Cox, for example, has been on the Atkins Diet, the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet and the Blood Type Diet.  Ashanti has tried the Master Cleanse diet and the Maple Syrup diet.

One of the more popular celebrity diet plans is the Zone Diet which actresses Ali Landry and Alyssa Milano are both on.

Actor Benjamin Bratt and singer and songwriter Alicia Keys both like the Five Factor Diet.

There are a lot of vegetarian celebrities such as actress Anne Hathaway, singer Avril Lavigne, Country Music idol Ashley Judd and model Amy Smart.

When stars want to lose weight, it is rumoured the Atkins diet has been useful for celebs Ashlee Simpson and Britney Spears.  The Atkins diet claims to be a diet which helps you lose weight without going hungry.

Some celebrities such as Daryl Hannah eat organically grown foods.

The difference between normal people and famous movie stars, singers and models is they can afford their own cooks and professional fitness trainers to keep them motivated and slim.

Diets often come and go, known as fad diets.  Quite often a celebrity will be on the diet or promoting it and that attracts regular people to go on the diet too.

Usually this is because of the celebrity.  If it is a very popular celebrity, or personal favourite, or a celebrity who is considered to be very attractive, others want to be like them and so they go on the diet too.

For this very reason, the five factor diet is a very popular plan because Eva Mendes, John Mayer, Kayne West, Jessica Simpson and Alicia Keyes have all been on it.

The Jenny Craig diet is partly so popular because of its promotion by Valerie Bertinelli and Kirstie Alley.  Another diet’s popularity which is due mainly to celebrity promotion is Suzanne Somers’ - Get Skinny on Fabulous Food.

Brad Pitt, Demi Moore, Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Aniston and Kristin Davis have all been on the Zone Diet.  It is probably this and the diets simplicity which has made the diet one of the most popular of the times.

Both celebrities and those who aren’t famous can and do change diets depending on lifestyle and career.

A lot of the celebrity diet plans choose to just make sure they eat the right amount of food instead of worrying too much about what food they are eating.

And the exercise always helps too!
