Celebrity Diet Plans – Which one is best?

Try One of These Popular Celebrity Diet Plans...

The 5-Factor diet is a diet which has been hot on the press and very popular amongst celebrities.

This celebrity diet plan concentrates on foods which are low in calories but high in nutrition.

This is not like other diets which make you perpetually hungry and send you binging!

The foods you eat stop you from feeling hungry and you are encouraged to eat lots of smaller meals rather than stuff yourself on one big meal at the end of the day.

Barry Sears, Ph.D, developed the Zone Diet, which is also highly popular with many celebrities.

The focus of this diet is 40% carbohydrates, 30% lean protein and 30% fat which is almost the same as the American Dietetic Association’s idea of a healthy diet.  The only difference is the Zone diet utilizes lower carb levels and has a higher protein level.

Jennifer Aniston, Matt LeBlanc, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Brad Pitt, Mathew Perry, Cindy Crawford, Demi Moore, Rene Zellweger, Kristin Davis, Sandra Bullock and Elle McPherson are all famous people on the Zone Diet.

The Atkins Diet has been used by a few celebrities such as Minnie Driver, Sarah Jessica Parker and Geri Halliwell.

The South Beach Diet has been tried, tested and approved by Bill and Hilary Clinton and Bette Midler while Tori Spelling and Sharon Stone have both had success with the Sugar Busters Diet.

There are raw food, macrobiotic and vegan diets and plans which some celebrities are on such as Carol Alt, Fiona Apple, Donna Karan, Demi Moore, Alicia Silverstone, Madonna Pam Anderson and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Celebrities are quite often used to promote diets and sell products because fans notice a lot of what is happening with their favourite celebrity and quite often want to be like them.  Hence they go on the same diet plan.

Sarah Ferguson has given her support to Weight Watchers and Whoopie Goldberg has endorsed the Slim Fast Diet.

Kristie Alley, Valerie Bertinelli and Joy Behar all gave their backing to Jenny Craig.

Anna Nicole Smith helped promote Trim Spa and Nutrisystem was endorsed by Zora Aldrich.

Oprah Winfrey and other celebrities believe their weight loss is due to not eating after 7 p.m. but there are no studies to prove this theory.

It appears that the diet plans which balance exercise and healthy eating habits work best for both celebrities and regular people.  Just eat a healthy and balanced diet because a lot of these fad diets are just sudden short term things which can ultimately hurt your body.

A healthy diet involves eating lots of fruits, lean proteins and vegetables and avoiding juices, processed foods and unhealthy fats.  This creates a nutrient dense diet and is very good for your body and its functions.

There is no way of losing weight quickly without seriously harming your body.

Just like it takes time to gain weight – it takes time to lose weight.

Celebrities appear to lose weight quickly because they are not necessarily in the press every day.

Being a celebrity does not mean losing weight or getting fit quicker.  Sometimes it is easier for them because they can afford personal trainers and chefs to keep them motivated and help them along the way.
