Will Smith is a great example of good celebrity diets and exercise.

He is one of the most famous actors and singers who has always looked fit and very healthy. Normally Will does not eat any junk food and has a low-carb diet.

Sometimes however, in preparation for a specific movie role such as iRobot, he has a high-protein, high carb diet.  Will usually eats a diet low in carbohydrates and he keeps well away from junk food plus he works out everyday to keep fit and healthy – whether he is in a film at the time or not.

“One Day at a Time” star, Valerie Bertinelli, has struggled with her weight for years.  After a long time of yo-yo dieting, Valerie finally lost forty pounds on the Jenny Craig Diet and became a spokesperson for the diet.  She also makes sure she walks 10,000 steps each day and measures this with a pedometer.

Tyra Banks is a super model and also hosts her own show.  After trying many different diet plans, Tyra now eats lots of fresh fruit and veggies, whole grains and lean meat.

Tyra does not eat processed foods or drink alcohol.  She has a chef to prepare and cook her meals and make sure she stays in with her portion control to stay slender.  Her diet consists of low fat and low carbohydrate meals.

Tyra has a personal trainer who keeps her motivated and keeps her doing boxing for cardio and core strength.  She walks on a treadmill or goes for a jog and likes to dance.

Also on the celebrity diets and exercise circuit is “Sex in the City” star Sarah Jessica Parker follows the Hamptons diet.  Going to the gym is not her favourite thing so she goes for runs, does yoga and Pilates and runs up stairs to stay fit and healthy.

Matthew McConaughey is considered to be very handsome and stays that way by keeping fit and sticking to a low carb diet.  He did the “Core Secrets” workout and has a personal trainer who keeps him running, swimming, boxing, weight training, surfing, callisthenics and cycling.

Apart from trying to steer clear of not having too much junk food, Sandra Bullock eats pretty much what she wants.  Her diet is well-balanced and she does not over eat.  Exercise is great for someone like Sandra because she loves to run.

Celebrity diet workout follower Shaquille O'Neal works his legs, chest, calves, triceps, biceps, and deltoids in one massive workout.  As the host of the ABC hit Shaq's Big Challenge he realizes how important it is to stay fit and healthy.  He helps kids to have the proper diet and exercise which makes a big difference to their lives.

Oprah has battled with her weight for a long time and it is common knowledge that she gets caught up in emotional eating and has experienced yo-yo dieting.

Now Oprah avoids eating potatoes, sugar, white bread, flour, white rice and pasta.  She eats a low carb, low fat diet with portion control and does not eat much fruit, bread and whole-wheat pasta.

Like everyone else who is staying slim, Oprah has a fitness plan.  Her personal trainer keeps her motivated for Pilates six days a weeks as well as strength training and cardio exercises.

Kelly Ripa eats low carb foods within her portion limit and refuses to eat breakfast.  She uses a medicine ball in her daily workouts which involves cardio and core exercises.

Jane Seymour does power Yoga, light weights, Pilates and some isometrics to keep fit.  Her diet is balanced and she, like everyone else who is in shape, practices strict portion control…..which appears to be one of the celebrities diet secrets.
