So What ARE the Hottest Celebrity Diets?

Celebrities are always changing how much they weigh, whether they are losing weight after having a baby or gaining or losing weight for a new role in a movie.

Would you like to find out what are the best celebrity diets?

Kirstie Alley’s weight loss is perhaps one of the most famous celebrity diet achievements in recent times.

She has lost 75 pounds from the Jenny Craig diet since she started in 2004.

With her experience, Kirstie wrote an inspirational book called “How to Lose Your Ass and Regain Your Life”.

Jessica Simpson says her slender body is due to her personal trainer Harley Pasternak and his 5 Factor Diet. The five food groups in this diet are protein, healthy carbohydrates, good fat, fiber and a sugar-free drink.

The Martha’s Vineyard Diet is a famous diet partly because of its name.

This is one of the stricter weight-loss plans with a diet of tea, soup and juice as well as regular spa treatments and colonics. Robin Quivers is on this diet and has lost 25 pounds due to it.

Celebrities often need just as much motivation as regular people. People such as Oprah say they couldn’t have done it without their personal trainers.

Oprah’s trainer, Bob Greene, guided her through the diet of fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Her alcohol is limited as well as sugar and refined carbs.

In other celebrity diets they do not use personal trainers but instead go on fad diets which are often extremely unhealthy.

Beyonce’ lost 20 pounds on the Maple Syrup Diet which was a beverage of syrup, lemon juice, water and cayenne pepper.

Diets often become popular because of the celebrities who are on them.

Jennifer Aniston went on the Zone Diet whilst shooting for the television series “Friends”. As she was a popular actress and the difference was very noticeable, the diet then became popular amongst fans.

The Zone Diet is set upon 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat which is supposed to give your metabolism a boost.

Singer, Lorna Luft and U.S. President, Bill Clinton has both been on the South Beach Diet just like many other celebrities. This diet consists of whole grains and lean meats. Bad fats are avoided.

With many celebrity diets the stars just choose to eat what they want as long as they stick to portion control……if you have the self control this method works well….just ask any French lady.

J.Lo for example does this except she apparently eats similar to the Atkins Diet when she is keen to lose weight.

Madonna eats a strict macrobiotic diet which keeps her slim from whole, unprocessed foods which are low in fat and high in fibre.

She and many other celebrities believe sensible dieting and regular exercise is all that is needed to stay slender and looking in top shape. So you can see there reall are some Celebrity Diets That Work.
