Celebrities Diets Exposed!

Everyone loves to find out what their favourite celebrities eat to keep fit, healthy and slender. 

Why….because so many people want to be like their role model. 

So, what diets have Angelina Jolie, Paris Hilton, Pamela Anderson, Madonna, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Lopez, and Hilary Duff been on?

For starters Paris Hilton is not on any celebrity diet.  She does not avoid calories.  She eats what she wants.  She indulges in Taco Bell and McDonald’s and Red Bull.

Angelina Jolie diets when she is getting ready for a new role in a movie.  For her role in Tomb Raider, Angelina ate steamed sea bass or steamed beef and vegetables for a few months before filming.

A lot of celebrities are vegetarian or vegan, such as Pamela Anderson who is vegan.  She also mainly eats organic foods and has a herbal and vitamin regime.

Madonna, like a lot of other celebrities, has a personal diet and health coach. 

This helps keep her motivated for her diet and keeps her slim.  She eats a macrobiotic diet which means she is very restricted on what she eats.  Her diet contains beans, whole grains, some meats, vegetables and fish.

Do you love Red Bull, Cheetos, Marlboro Lights and Starbucks Frappuccinos?  So does Britney Spears!  One her favourite things are fast food. But her personal trainer does not approve.

However Britney does eat lots of vegetables and fruits and has to eat regularly, increase proteins, keep correct portion sizes and limit starches because of her very full schedule. Occasionally she rewards herself with some of her favorite pizza. 

When she wants to lose weight, J-Lo stops eating carbohydrates.  Apart from that, J-Lo will eat anything as long as she sticks to portion control.  She does not drink or smoke and she knows what is good for her.

Lindsay Lohan enjoys sushi, Skippy Peanut Butter, Skittles, Baked Lay’s potato chips, Sour Patch Kids and Red Bull.  She eats some organic foods and avoids sugar and carbohydrate.  Her diet involves portion control just like everyone’s should.  Lindsay Drinks Kombucha Tea to heighten her metabolism.

Pizza from Jack in the Box, Burgers and French Fries were some of Hilary Duffs favourite foods.  She likes meat and says eating should be fun.  Hilary avoids eating potatoes and pasta and if Hilary is planning on eating desert then she limits her intake of bread.

Celebrities diets are quite varied as you can see but the one thing that keeps popping up is portion control…..control how much you eat and you then control how much you weigh.
