All about Pubic Hair Removal

The Buzz on Pubic Hair Removal....

There is a lot of debate regarding pubic hair in these modern times.

The main cause of argument is the decision for whether this hair should or should not be removed.

And if so, how much?

Just a trim? Or the bikini line?

Perhaps a woman should go for the lot and have the Brazilian wax?

These questions can be rather hard to answer.

This is a matter of personal choice. If the decision to have pubic hair removed, how much should be taken and what is the best way of hair removal for this private spot?

Waxing is the most common option chosen.

This treatment has been practiced for years and is safe and reliable. It is a fairly low-cost option and is usually only uncomfortable for a short period of time - mainly just during the actual procedure. After the process, there is no stubble and the skin is soft.

Waxing does not remove the hair forever.

The hairs are just pulled from their shafts in this process so they will grow back eventually anyway. And the process is repeated.

Some say the hair which grows back, slowly diminishes and is a lot finer and thinner than it used to be. This is because the hair is plucked directly from the hair shaft which can eventually cause damage and affect the future growth of the hair.

Another good thing about waxing is it better allows a person to control the pubic hair and its location. This quick process can be done at home by yourself, which is great if you are a little shy. There are also many people whose job it is to remove this hair for you!

There is a wide variety of waxes available for hair removal – but always read the label! Make sure you buy one that is safe to use around your private area.

There is also the technique of sugaring which is very similar to waxing.

It involves the same process except instead of wax, a sugar-based organic mixture is used to remove the hair which can be very messy and hard to tidy up.

This treatment has been in use for centuries. It is a sugary paste with honey and lemon added which is applied to the skin. The hairs are then trapped in the mixture as it hardens. This is then lurched away from the skin – taking any hairs with it.

All About Waxing: Usually the processes of waxing or sugaring don’t result in skin irritation and rashes like shaving or other chemical-based depilatories. And its great that these treatments are so inexpensive compared to laser treatments and electrolysis!
